WHO WE ARE

Here at Barbara's Talk, our mission is to bring connection to those who need it most. Our passionate volunteers are matched with senior citizens, and pairs talk via phone and video calls weekly in 30 minute sessions. During these challenging times, we want to show that we are still a strong and loving community despite any physical barriers.

Barbara’s Talk is named after local senior citizen Barbara Barishman, known for welcoming new friends with open arms. We hope to welcome our (virtual) arms to you as well!
